Victoria, British Columbia – November 1, 2022 – Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) (the “Company” or “Kermode”) announces it has granted 1,196,301 charitable stock options to The Singh Foundation exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Charitable Options have been granted in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan.The Singh Foundation is a registered non-profit charitable society.
