On behalf of the Singh Foundation, I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Doug Ramshaw as a member of the board of directors of The Singh Foundation.

Doug has been a senior executive and corporate director in the Mining Industry for more than 25 years, and is currently President and a Director of Mineral Alamos Inc. Doug was previously a Director of Great Bear Resources, a company that was sold to Kinross Gold Corporation and where I was the Vice President of Exploration. It was the tremendous success of the Great Bear Resources transaction that enabled me to start the Singh Foundation.

During our work together at Great Bear, Doug always presented a calm, thoughtful and professional viewpoint to the company. It was a pleasure to work with him and have his guidance along the way. I feel very fortunate to have Doug as a Donor, Board Member and close friend of the Foundation. I look forward to many more years of working with Doug at the Singh Foundation, where our goal is to provide opportunities for all kids and their families regardless of personal, societal, or economic barriers.
